Jaimie very quickly diagnosed where the clog in my pipe was located.He was professional and quickly cleaned up a pretty disgusting mess in my front yard. He was friendly and wore protective covers on his feet while he was in the house. He also drove down the street and unclogged my mom’s toilet. His prices were very reasonable.

Jamie came out to give us an estimate for our faucet installation and was able to set up our sink/faucet a couple hours later!! He also plugged our gas stove back up for us. He was very quick and professional and very friendly along with the other man that came with him (I can’t remember his name)!! They have great prices for the quality of work that they do and I 100% recommend them! We will be using them for future plumbing!

He parked in the driveway so I had to park my car in the street. That's just a small annoyance. He asked for the $85 service fee payment as soon as he arrived. I've had a couple previous claims through my home warranty and I paid after they assessed the issue. I told him this and expressed concern about paying the fee and then him just leaving without doing anything. It wasn't until after I said this that he decided to get on the phone with the home warranty company. He said they wouldn't answer his call so he would just transfer the claim to another plumbing company, and he left. I'm glad I didn't pay the service fee when he asked for it... I've had this issue for over a month already and had to escalate the claim because the first company never responded. Now I have to go through this process all over again and coordinate around my work schedule. This was a huge inconvenience.

Jamie and his co-worker were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He came to my home to fix leak in my water pipes underneath my house. He jumped right in to fix the issue. It took them over 2 hours to fix the issue but he made sure before he left. I no longer had the problem. He informed me on everything he was doing and what the issue was. I would never use anyone else again. His prices are the best I have come across in the city and I have used other plumbers before.

Fast, efficient, and very affordable! Jamie and his assistant were super friendly and professional. We had an unexpected leak coming from our water heater connection and started to have water damage in our walls. On-Time Plumbing swooped in and saved the day. Jamie couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. I highly recommend this company!

Jamie with On Time Plumbing is the BEST!! I have worked with him several times and when I called this week needing a drain unclogged, they unfortunately didn't have any openings, but, he called me the next day to tell me they had a cancellation!! He was prompt, professional, quickly resolved the issue and explained what steps we could take to prevent future clogs. He is truly awesome and I highly recommend On Time Plumbing! Prices are good and they email an invoice where you can pay directly from the invoice, very simple!

Jamie is phenomenal. I’ve had ongoing issues with my water pipe from the meter to my house. I have had multiple services come out from my home warranty and decided to drop it and just find my own plumber. He was amazing, remains in constant communication and does solid work. When it finally came time to replace the water line I did not hesitate on who I knew I was going to call. His name is saved in my phone. He remembered me and my house and came out immediately, did an assessment, and gave me an estimate. Even though it was a rainy week he ensured whatever work he could do he did. He kept in contact with me and even checked on the house to make sure I turned off the water so it wasn’t running while I was at work. Wish I found him sooner, could’ve saved a lot a money!! Highly recommend!!
